The annual convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Oklahoma will be bigger, better, and more exciting than ever before. This year’s theme is “Moving Forward Together.”We invite you to join us for an exciting weekend of informative presentations and fun social opportunities. We will also have an exhibit hall with a variety of vendors and service providers for you to explore.

Our room rate at the Embassy suites, I-44 in Tulsa, Oklahoma is $129 per night. The room rate includes complimentary breakfast every morning. You can reserve your room by calling the hotel at 918-622-4000. Be sure to tell them you are part of the NFB Oklahoma room block to get our convention rate.

7:00p.m-9:00 p.m. Rookie Roundup and Welcome banquet

Friday, April 25, 2025
8:00 a.m. Registration
9:00 a.m. General Session 1
12:00-1:30 p.m. Banquet luncheon and keynote address, Shelia Wright

2:00-5:00 p.m. General Session 2

Friday  Dinner on your own

7:00-9:00p.m. Social event and/or breakout sessions

Saturday April 26, 2025

8:00 a.m. Registration
9:00 a.m. General Session 3
12:00-1:45 p.m. Box lunches and last chance for the exhibit hall.

2:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. General Session 4, Auction and   business meeting.
5:00 p.m. Adjourn until 2026!

 

 

Convention Registration

Get the most value by purchasing our Full Convention Package. This package includes your convention registration, ticket to the Friday banquet luncheon and a box lunch on Saturday. The cost for the Full Convention Package is $100.

If you will only be attending part of convention or you don't want to purchase meals, you may register for convention  for $35.

You may also purchase meals separately. Banquet tickets for the Friday Banquet Luncheon are $55

To purchase a box lunch separately for Saturday, the cost is $20.

2025 Exhibitor Registration Information 

 

The National Federation of the Blind of Oklahoma is proud to present our annual state convention! Our theme this year is “Moving Forward Together.” This spectacular convention will be held at:

If you wish to stay at the hotel, please inquire about special rates from the hotel no later than April 10, 2025. Please tell the hotel you are with the National Federation of the Blind of Oklahoma.

Hotel rooms are $129 plus tax per night. Please note that the room charge includes full breakfast for each occupant in the room. 
         
Exhibits will be open April 24 & 25 5:00-8:00 pm and on April 26 12:00-1:45 pm.

Tables are $125 for exhibitors and payments MUST be received no later than April 10, 2025.

In addition to your payment, door prizes and auction items are greatly appreciated.

Special Note:
Your payment will secure your table in the exhibit hall, so we encourage you to submit your payment as soon as possible. Since we may have more potential vendors than available tables, we will accept registrations on a first come first serve basis.
